2. We don't take payments on this website
You cannot pay on this website. When you place an order, we send you an invoice on WhatsApp to confirm your order and arrange payment. No card or banking details are ever collected on this site.
3. What information we collect
- We do not require you to create an account. The items in your cart are kept only in your own browser until you place an order.
- When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout — your first and last name, your WhatsApp number, your delivery or collection choice, and any order notes — together with the items you ordered. This is stored securely with our back-end provider (Supabase) so we can process your order.
- We then contact you on WhatsApp to send your invoice. If you message us, we receive your WhatsApp number and profile name — that is simply how WhatsApp works.
- Our website host (Vercel) and back-end provider (Supabase) may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
4. How we use your information
We use the details you give us to process your order, send your invoice on WhatsApp, arrange payment and delivery or collection, and provide customer service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing your information
Messaging happens through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under WhatsApp's own privacy terms (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). We may share your details only where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, a courier such as Pudo) or where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your order details and messages for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which we delete them.
7. Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Contact our Information Officer at [EMAIL].

8. Cookies & local storage
No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only to remember your cart on your device. Clearing your browser storage empties the cart.
